Our nannies are bilingual, college educated or currently attending a university, have a minimum of 5 years experience and pristine verifiable references. Some hold degrees is Psychology, Child Development, teaching credentials or degrees in other childcare related fields. Our nannies are experienced, charismatic and demonstrate a genuine love for the caring and education of young children.

World Class Nannies uses a multi-tiered screening process to ascertain a candidate's qualifications and experience. The process includes a comprehensive application detailing occupational history, child-care experience, interest, hobbies and other personal information. Nannies will have successfully passed a Psychological Evaluation, verification of references and an in person interview, carried out by Licensed Psychologists, Dr. Myriam Wan Der Laan.
