How does it work?

Complete Au pair Application, provide verifiable references and required documentation (I.D/Passport, Background Check)

Once your application has been processed and your references verified, interview arrangements will be made and conducted via telephone or Skype. If possible interviews will be made in person.

Suitable host families will then be presented to you.

A Skype interview with the future host family will be conducted.

Both parties agree to hosting, final step is formalized through a contract between host family and au pair.

What are the requirements?

•   Have a minimum of 1 year childcare experience

•   Be a native speaker of English or French

•   Provide 2-3 childcare related references

•   Provide a background check from home country

•   Provide health and liability insurance

•   Speak an intermediate level of Spanish

•   Be able to commit to a family for a minimum of 6 months.

You will receive:

•   Host family offers private accommodations, including meals.

•   You will receive a monthly salary for your personal expenses. Salary varies on experience, number of hours worked, age and number of children

•   1 ½ days off per week, 1 weekend off per month, 4 weeks off paid vacation after completing the 12 month program

•   Be part of a local family; learn their customs and traditions

•   1 weekend off per month

•   Continual Support will be provided to you throughout your stay. We will assist you with any problems that may arise, put you in contact with other Au pairs working in your area and answer any questions or doubts you may have.
